At Church of the Intercessor, you will find people from all backgrounds and experiences, whose desire is to know God's love and forgiveness in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We are an apostolic community that values the acceptance of people into the family of God. We believe that if one encounters the love of God then the purposes of God will be released in their lives. We are an active relational community. We acknowledge that everyone has both needs and a calling and is highly valued as a member of the Body of Christ. Therefore, we have various ministries in which you can find both a place to serve and also receive ministry. We know that God is working His transforming and healing power in us, even as we love and serve each other. Since those who have been forgiven much will love much, we welcome all who need and want help.

CEC School of Ministry

Do you want a deeper understanding of the Scriptures?, or know what your role is in the Body of Christ?, or what God’s plan and purpose is for your life?

The Church of the Intercessor is continuing its School of Ministry again this year with some modifications to the amount of work that was required last year.

All are invited to enroll, even at this point, since each course, (or module), is independent of any other module. This semester we will be looking at “The Theology of the Church”. (What is the Church’s role in the Kingdom of God? Why is it important to be an active member of the Body of Christ? and much more.)

If you are interested, the first video presentation and class discussion will take place on Thursday September 15th in the Parish Hall from 7:30 until 9:15, and every Thursday for a total of 9 weeks.

Please sign up by September 6th. So that I may purchase the necessary manuals in order to have them in your hand before the 1st class.

To sign up CLICK HEREor use the green envelope in Church and label it “School of Ministry enrollment”. The registration fee is $40 which includes the required manual, (shipping and handling), and any administration fees. Any other books, if any, will be additional and do not need to be purchased until after the 1st class.
